Today, management shares some details on the new Remys. First, the venue will be a three-part concept upon completion. The patio on the ground floor is expected to open later this month provided no further construction delays. The space is set at a 267 person capacity and will serve a "relaxed, casual menu" by executive chef Sean Simons (Morton's, Goods and Provisions).
The main room will be a 180-seat "health conscious" restaurant and juice bar. Both the patio and restaurant will be open to the general public. Finally, as reported previously, the top floor will house a private members lounge slated to open late September or early October. The entire project is headed up by the II BY IV Design firm, the same folks who behind the original bars at The Trump and Thompson Hotels.
