Trump Tower's Stock will close for renovations late this month and will re-open as a "high-end supper club" called America. The 112-seat restaurant's renovation will turn it into a "gutsy, fun, enjoyable, exciting restaurant concept," one with less "manly" design aspects. "It needs to be a little more feminine friendly," says partner Charles Khabouth, also noting that the restaurant plans to target a "more sophisticated" crowd.

Also on the team are restaurateurs Peter Oliver and Michael Bonacini, who operate Canoe, Jump, Biff's Bistro, and Luma. Oliver & Bonacini executive chef Anthony Walsh and chef de cuisine Bill Osborne, will serve up modern American cooking. The restaurant will close on August 20 and reopen on August 28. Downstairs, the black-and-gold lobby bar Suits will rebrand as The Calvin.
