CORKTOWN/WATERFRONTCurbed went for a stroll through newly-opened Corktown Common, an urban oasis that's also a critical infrastructure element in the ongoing waterfront revitalization.

ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICTWe also take a look at The Mercer, a 33-storey condo that's going up near King and John Streets. It'll add 415 new residences—some as small as 363 sq. ft.—to the already-dense neighbourhood.
