The latest from Toronto's Thai food ambassadors Jeff and Nuit Regular (along with Gusto 101's Janet Zuccarini) has been in extended soft-open mode for several weeks now. And while fans all over the city have already been raving about the food, they can now celebrate it with a drink, as the restaurant just received its liquor license. Inside, the space features a table with northern Thai-style seating, a 25-person private dining room and even a separate snack bar serving its own menu (Bebop). Wood accents are reminiscent of market stalls, and teak panels have been repurposed from the walls and doors of a traditional house in Chiang Mai. Take a peek below, and stay tuned for news of Pai's grand opening.
