Bond Condos Stirring up the Entertainment District

ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICTYet another condo going up in the Entertainment District. The Bond is going up on Adelaide Street, just a stone's throw from Hooters.

ROSEDALE— This 17,000 sq. ft. Rosedale home with an infinity pool has been on the market on and off for a couple of years, with at least one price drop. Check out the dining-room ceiling.

LESLIEVILLE— The intersection of Queen and Leslie streets is construction central these days, with TTC crews toiling away at laying the new streetcar tracks that will run down to the Leslie Barns streetcar facility on the Lakeshore. Work is supposed to be complete by the end of June.

BOOK CLUB— The Toronto Public Library's newest branch features pro-quality DJ equipment, audio/video production gear, and a 3D printer. Oh, and books.

FRONT STREET— Say happy birthday to the Fairmont Royal York; the venerable hotel on Front Street turned 85 this week. Doesn't look a day over 75.
