There is a new People's Eatery in town and it's the work of four hardworking restaurateurs/chefs. Between them, Adrian Ravinsky, David Stewart, Matt See, and Dustin Gallagher, have built a late-night community with 416 Snack Bar, and now, they want to breathe new life into Spadina Avenue's Chinatown.
