If W Hotel Comes To Town, What Restaurant Should Move In?

Shangri-La has Momofuku. Four Seasons has Café Boulud. This spring, the Chase Hospitality Group opens the Collette Grand Café in the Thompson Hotel. Now that Curbed, Eater's sister real estate site, is courting a tip that Starwood's W Hotel brand may be "coming to Toronto's Entertainment District sometime soon," we pose this question: what restaurant would be best suited to move in? Should they go super high-end Japanese with another Kaiseki Yu-zen Hashimoto, ramp up the party with a Parts & Labour offshoot, or strike an elegant balance with Buca?
