Food Network chef and celebrated cookbook author Anna Olson has been named celebrity spokesperson for Bernardin Ltd, the Canadian Mason jar company that was founded in 1881. Citing her "common-sense approach to cooking and baking with the season," Bernardin hopes Olson will keep the art of canning and pickling on people's minds as gardens across the country become overloaded with fresh fruits and vegetables.
