ON THE MARKETThis house on the market is Brady Bunch amazing! The owner is 96 years old and is finally selling her home after 72 years for $699,000. Original furniture, plastic coverings, pink carpet, seafoam wallpaper, and a retro bar in the basement. There's also a rotary telephone in the kitchen. Here's a very different property — a mansion in the Bridle Path that is listed for $21 million. 21,000 square feet with nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms but is it worth the selling price? The megamansion is just not selling.

BLOOR WEST— Bloor West residents are fighting to save their village against a proposed "canyon of condos" seeking to destroy the neighbourhood. An eight-storey condo is proposed for the southwest corner of Durie and Bloor Street. Local residents say the proposed design is twice the permitted height allowed in the area.

DUPONT— There's a mysterious, unmarked building on Dupont Street, between Bathurst and Christie. What's inside this brick building that's been standing there since 1921? You might be surprised to learn the answer...

SOLD STUFF— This glassy house with too many stairs to count recently sold for $1.395 million. The house was listed for $1.349 million and thankfully included a private elevator.
