Fat Pasha Completes The 'Dupont Holy Trinity'

Photo: Fat Pasha/Website

With Fat Pasha opening its doors on Friday (to social media's immediate approval), Anthony Rose has completed the "Dupont Holy Trinity" that also includes Rose and Sons and Big Crow down the street. Though the menu was initially envisioned as rustic Middle-Eastern, Rose expanded the concept to include "European Jewish food, which is what I what I ate growing up, so there will be a lot of schmaltz and gribenes," as reported by The Grid. Housed in the former Indian Rice Factory building, there is seating for 50, and plans for a 70-seat patio in about a month when brunch and lunch will also be served. For now, dinner is on seven days a week and reservations are accepted.
