On May 8th, the air in The Junction will be shrouded in a thick smoke scented by pork belly. Blame Michael Olson (former chef, now instructor at Niagara College) who is invited by Indie Alehouse's Todd Clarmo to collaborate on a beer-inspired dinner, with desserts by partner/Food Network Canada star chef Anna Olson. The west-end brewpub, known for its upscale menu and refined selection of beers, has a number of Niagara graduates on staff who will get a chance to reunite with their former teacher. A spot at the table can be pre-ordered here.
