Follow Friday is a new series that picks one notable person on Twitter and Instagram, plus a blog, that should be followed for one great reason or another.

Twitter: Carl Heinrich + Ryan Donovan. Carl Heinrich and Ryan Donovan are the besties behind Richmond Station, the farm-to-table downtown restaurant that opened in 2012. Quickly rising to the top of notable best lists across the country, Heinrich (winner of Top Chef Season 2) and Donovan seem to be the only ones who can build a new subway station that Toronto taxpayers actually use. Follow them at @ChefHeinrich + @richmondstn

Instagram: It's All Grk. Lately, Mediterranean cuisine has stepped into a hipper limelight and It's All Grk is leading the charge at a furious pace. With their Queen West location doing brisk business, The Annex will soon have their own, and word is that another location is in the works. Sounds like it'll be all grk, all the time, for years to come. Follow them at @itsallgreek.

Blog: Sake Fuse. After the world grows tired of, and bulky from, the craft beer craze, Michael Tremblay will be there with another hearty option: sake. Rice wine is hitting it huge in North America and on his blog, Tremblay, "Ontario's first certified Advanced Sake Professional and Head National Sake Sommelier for the Ki Modern Japanese + Bar," introduces every type available. There is an emphasis on going to Ki to try them all out but give the guy a break: It's not called the food and wine business for nothing. Check it out here.
