Discovered by realtor David Shirazi Rad, Wagstaff Drive, just south of Greenwood station, is now home to Pilot Coffee Roasting, Sloane Tea, and Left Field Brewery. BlogTO reports that future developments include a farmer's market, restaurants – "a famous but unnamed Montreal chef" has made inquiries, and a year-round micro greenhouse available "for locals to grow herbs and other small greens year round."
