Forget downtown living, La Carnita is headed to The Beach. As The Grid reports, the College St. taco hotspot will soon open a second location with 85 seats and feature a dessert stand, run by "La Carnita's pastry chef, Sasha Bogin, called Sweet Jesus that will serve ice-cream sandwiches, paletas, and soft serve." The menu will be managed by executive chef Jon Hamilton, and the kitchen will be run by current chef de cuisine Bill Nguyen. [The Grid]
