Jonathan Gushue, "one of Canada's most exceptional chefs," has teamed up with Queen Margherita Pizza to elevate their food game while maintaining an easy-to-digest price point. Last year, the former executive chef at Langdon Hall made headlines when he famously disappeared for ten days, but now he is quite visibly shaking up QMPs menu and, as the Huffington Post reports, the pizzas are being outshined by "the salads, small plates, desserts and breads prepared by Sarah Villamere, who worked with Gushue at Langdon Hall." John Chetti, owner of Queen Margherita Pizza, is clearly pleased with his decision to collaborate with Gushue: "He has upped the level of our cuisine."
