Get ready folks, big news is out today in the Eaterverse, as the Eater network has announced that three professional critics will be joining our ranks. They are Ryan Sutton, previously the food critic for Bloomberg and lover of all things data; Robert Sietsema, the longtime Village Voice critic and recent Eater NY writer; and Bill Addison, the former dining editor and restaurant critic for Atlanta magazine. And when might this glorious next evolution of Eater commence? Very soon, friends, as Sutton will begin on Monday, with Sietsema going full-time on April 1 and Addison coming on board on April 15. As for where they will review, Sutton and Sietsema will stick to their home base of NYC, while Addison will make his way from coast to coast in search of American's best, in an effort to pull together the first ever all-USA version of the Eater 38. So as always, do check back frequently as reviews begin to come online and more exciting updates and announcements within the Eaterverse are revealed.
