@Caplansky it's complete bullshit.

Any hope that City Hall would make a radical shift and allow food trucks to roam freely in the city has been dashed. Though the proposed changes are a considerable leap forward, the bill falls short by giving Business Improvement Areas the power to keep food trucks away from their restaurants. While John Tory, mayoral candidate, waffled on the issue, Zane Caplansky, owner of Caplansky's Delicatessen and a couple food trucks, took to Twitter and made his stance perfectly clear.
Just when you think there's a light at the end of the tunnel, you realize it's an oncoming train. #FoodTruckFailTO
