Eater is pleased to announce that Nobu Adilman has joined the Toronto team as Editor. You may remember him from the Food Network Canada series Food Jammers or through his work founding the amateur choir choir! choir! choir!. He's also worked in the entertainment industry for 20 years and is no stranger to the restaurant world—his father was the Eye on Entertainment and reviewed restaurants for the Toronto Star throughout his childhood. He takes over from founding editor Carolyn Grisold.
Please give a big welcome to Nobu down below. Or, if you favor more intimate means of connection, reach him on twitter at @captaineyeliner or at nobu@eater.com. As always, your tips and gossip are appreciated.
