Tickets are now on sale for the 2014 Terroir Symposium. The one-day conference, held on May 12th in downtown Toronto, will discuss all matters of regionally based cuisine by top local and international chefs, comedians, food writers, and business leaders. This year's guest curators are Alessandro Porcelliand Ivy Knight, and some of the confirmed speakers include Momofuku's David Chang, TV star and hotelier Shaun Majumder, and The Group of Seven Chefs.
