Next Wednesday, the Home Ec series kicks off 2014 with Hot Sauce Tasting at Hi-Lo on the Danforth, featuring ribs by Chef John Sinopoli, and fiery sauces by three top makers: Sandra DaSilva and Carlos Flores from No 7 Hot Sauce; SupiCucu's Diablo's Fuego Hot Sauce by Chef Rossy Earle; and a one-off called "Double Dragon" by Home Ec hosts, Dana and Joel MacCharles.
