A kanga pie revolution is kick-starting its way into reality. Last summer, Erynn Mayes and Megan Chan started to distribute their hearty Aussie pies to stores across the city. Now with six days to go, they need to raise just over $2000 to realize their dreams of opening a Kanga shop in downtown Toronto. Rewards are geared toward the creative and legacy-obsessed: pledge $150 and get to order ten entirely customized kanga pies; $250 to get naming rights on a new product.
