No calorie counting here. The newest addition to the gourmet comfort food scene is heading to the Junction. Cut The Cheese, a grilled cheese and mac and cheese shop is set to soft open this Saturday from 4 pm-2:30 am. So far, executive chef Gavin Gusche's menu will feature three-fourths of the intended menu, while adding on items as they go along. Announced items, via their Facebook page include, for grilled cheeses, the Classic, Cartel, and Harvest & Beet It. While mac and cheese dishes include the Classic, Southern Comfort, and Shroomin' & Sasquash. Vegan folks don't despair, plant based options to come soon. — Hana Hussein [Via Facebook]
