Last year was a huge one for hot-spot Bar Isabel and things don't seem to be slowing down. Securing a table at the restaurant is no small challenge, so much so that on Thursday night the restaurant took to its twitter account to school everyone on basic reservation protocol. The Grant van Gameren cheffed eatery unleashed ten entertaining and highly sensible "insider tips" on booking with them. Among these tips, was a specific request to be kind to the hostess. The eleventh tweet is not a tip but was likely added to avoid any backlash and remind readers that they are in the business of hospitality and serving customer.
#3) if you can't get the day and time you want. Best bet is calling the day of at noon. That's when we confirm and receive all cancellations
