Vancouver Chef Allan Bosomworth has turned himself in over charges of allegedly putting a hidden camera in the bathroom of his Gastown restaurant Two Chefs and a Table. Maybe he was hoping to see some worthy bosoms? This is definitely not the kind of coverage a restaurateur wants floating around the interweb.
The story broke after Two Chefs' co-owner, Karl Gregg, went to the police about the camera. Two servers were interviewed by The Canadian Press over the incident which occurred in December 2012, but reports say numerous people would have used that bathroom as it was the only one available to staff and patrons and the alleged offence happened during the restaurant's busy holiday season. Staff also used that bathroom to change into and out of their uniforms.
If convicted, Bosomworth could face up to five years in jail.
