Celebrating its 1st anniversary, Café Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel has a packed October schedule, full of new menus and special dinners. Neighbouring dbar also gets in on the action, with live DJs, specialty cocktails and charcuterie nights.
The flagship restaurant at the Four Seasons, Café Boulud focuses on French cuisine created from local Ontario ingredients. Chef Daniel Boulud keeps things seasonal, colourful and regional; all whilst adhering to tradition.
His fall menu features North Atlantic swordfish, veal, foie gras and root veg. And his "Family Feast" embraces the group dining trend with a selection of salmon, whole roast chicken, suckling pig and Cote du Boeuf. The weekly menu changes each day (for instance, Wednesday is chicken for $95; Sundays, beef for $140), so check with the restaurant before making reservations in order to come on the right day.
For prix fixe lovers - and early bird diners - there's also a special menu from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
