The Beverley restaurant inside the Beverley Hotel launched about three months ago, and chef Eric Wood believes they're hitting their stride. He launched a new menu and a new boozy brunch at the restaurant earlier this month and just added a cocktail program and a "funky" wine list "which I think will stand up with the rest and the best," he tells Eater.
