Poutine is to Montreal What The Maple Leafs Are to Toronto

In some opinions: they suck. But even more people find them fabulous. Others may question the believers' sanity, but they remain loyal through-and-through. Although cheese and gravy don't mix in many countries' culinary cookbooks, here in The Great White North, poutine is our darling delicacy Québécoise. And there's no better place to find it than in la belle province, or more precisely, Montreal.
